Honouring time, energy and commitment
At The Spiritual Spa, each session is prepared with intention and care. Your booking reserves dedicated time and space for your wellbeing, and I honour that commitment fully. These policies help ensure that the flow of sessions remains respectful for everyone.
By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to the policies set out below:
Cancellations

You may cancel your session up to 48 hours before your appointment, with no fee.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a 50% session fee as this time has been set aside just for you.

Non-attendance or cancellations made at the time of the session or after the session start time are charged at 100% of the session fee.
Rescheduling

You are welcome to reschedule your session up to 48 hours in advance.

Rescheduling with less than 48 hours notice is treated the same as a late cancellation and may incur a 50% session fee.
Refunds

Refunds are available for sessions cancelled more than 48 hours in advance.

Refunds are not available for late cancellations, or non-attendance, except in compassionate circumstances.
Online sessions
As The Spiritual Spa currently offers online services only, please ensure you have a quiet comfortable space and stable internet connection.

If technical issues occur on my end, your session will be rescheduled at no cost.
